About PSINet's
Customer Support Group
The Customer Support Group is organized into several groups to provide support with IP connectivity, email configuration, Domain Name Service (DNS), security filters, and more:
- Corporate Installations coordinates the integration process by guiding you through all the questions and concerns that arise when bringing a new PSINet service online.
- Corporate Support provides traditional phone and email support once your service is up and running.
- Managed Hosting Support provides customer and technical support for
PSINet's U.S. hosting services, including Collocate and Dedicated Hosting services.
- Managed Services Group provides security consulting, installation, and ongoing maintenance for purchased security services and IntraNet service.
- Net Abuse Team works to protect network resources, preserve the privacy and security of PSINet and our customers' networks.
- Shared Hosting Support for shared World Wide Web hosting services.
The Network Operations Group monitors network stability and manages
our network 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
